For Monitoring, Verification and Timely Submission of UP-PRAMAN Data

In pursuance of the directions issued by the Department of Higher Education, Government of Uttar Pradesh, regarding the implementation of UP-PRAMAN (Performance, Ranking, Evaluation and Monitoring of UP Higher Education Academic Network), and to ensure systematic collection, verification, documentation and timely submission of monthly institutional data, the following UP-PRAMAN Committee is hereby constituted with immediate effect.

Duties of Parameter Coordinator

1.	Collect monthly data for the assigned parameter(s).
2.	Verify data through physical records and supporting documents.
3.	Coordinate with the concerned department/cell for data collection.
4.	Compile and maintain all documentary evidence.
5.	Ensure timely submission of data to the PRAMAN portal.
6.	Rectify deficiencies/observations, if any.
7.	Maintain soft and hard copies of all records.
8.	Ensure compliance with UP-PRAMAN guidelines and timelines.
9.	Assist in verification, review, and audit of the assigned parameter.
10.	Be responsible and accountable for the assigned parameter(s).
11.	Coordinate with concerned department/cell/committee and ensure continuous improvement.
